You may opt-out of these communications at any time. Physical Address: For orders from The Shop, we collect shipping information to deliver your terrestrial essentials. Digital Footprint: Like most sites, we use cookies to understand how Voyagers move through the Atlas so we can improve the Sanctuary experience. 2. How Your Data is Shielded No Sale of Data: We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or birth data to third parties. Your journey is yours alone. Secure Processing: We use industry-standard encryption to ensure that your transactions in The Shop and your personal details remain private and secure. Third-Party Allies: We only share necessary data with trusted partners who help us run the Sanctuary (such as our email provider or shipping carriers), all of whom are committed to similar privacy standards. 3. Your Agency (The Voyager’s Rights) You are the master of your own information. At any time, you have the right to: Request a copy of the data we hold about you. Request that we delete your personal information from our archives. Update your preferences for how you receive guidance from the stars. 4. These boundaries are designed to ensure that this space remains a supportive and clear environment for all who seek to tend and nurture their internal landscape. 1. Spiritual & Educational Nature The insights provided through the Chart Creator, The Sunday Anchor, and our Sacred Guides are intended for spiritual, educational, and entertainment purposes only. Astrology is a language of archetypes and possibilities; it is not a literal prediction of the future or a replacement for professional advice. 2. Professional Disclaimer Medical & Mental Health: The information in the Apothecary and Wellness pillars is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new herbal or wellness protocol. Financial & Legal: Astrological transits discussed in the Atlas should not be used as the sole basis for legal or financial decisions. 3. The Shop & Physical Goods Personalized Items: Due to the unique nature of Personalized Chart Books, these items are custom-crafted to your specific birth data and are generally non-refundable once production has begun. Intellectual Property The content within The Atlas, including our specific frameworks like the Amberologie Blueprint, rituals, and written guides, are the intellectual property of Amberologie. We invite you to use these for your personal growth, but they may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written permission. 5. Conduct in the Collective The Sanctuary is a space where All Are Welcome. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior within our community spaces. We reserve the right to remove any Voyager from the Collective who disrupts the peace of the Sanctuary. 6. Limitation of Liability Amberologie is not responsible for how you choose to interpret or apply the celestial guidance provided. By using this site, you acknowledge that you are the master of your own journey and accept full responsibility for your choices and actions.
